@kim_gaetz Gee what a surprise find a line of liberal bullshit in the sand. Get out of the way and let real people lead this country. You have reached the end of the road. Piss off.
@LynnCC50@ShareawareCdn Yes I guess she didn't shot them numerous times because it would have screwed up the hide!
Do you understand the difference between cruelty and humanely? Do you know right from wrong. Guess not.
CFIA GUILTY OF DOMESTIC TERRORISM? Nov 28
Court of Pubic Opinion says YES
Let’s stop pretending this was a “cull.”
What happened on that farm was state-sanctioned brutality dressed up as “protocol.”
WOAH says ostriches aren’t poultry.
WOAH says you quarantine first.
WOAH says you cull only the sick.
WOAH says you use humane methods - not open-pen gunfire like it’s a warzone.
CFIA ignored every single rule they were supposed to follow.
They didn’t protect public health.
They didn’t protect the food chain.
They didn’t protect anything.
They protected their authority, and they used these birds as a sacrifice to cover their own incompetence.
Healthy birds.
Recovered birds.
Immune birds.
Living, breathing, sentient beings…
…executed at night, behind tarps, with phone jammers, floodlights, and enough gunfire to rattle a community awake.
That isn’t “biosecurity.”
That’s terror in uniform.
They didn’t test the live birds.
They didn’t follow humane slaughter laws.
They didn’t follow WOAH standards.
They didn’t follow their own stay order.
They followed one thing:
their fear of being proven wrong.
Those birds didn’t die from H5N1.
They died from a government that would rather kill than admit a mistake.
And now CFIA wants to rewrite the story - gaslight the country into believing this was “necessary.”
But thousands of people saw what happened.
Thousands heard the shots all night.
Thousands watched CFIA break every policy they claim to stand on.
This ostrich - these eyes....
are every innocent life crushed under a “system” that doesn’t deserve the word.
This isn’t activism.
This isn’t drama.
This is a message:
We are done watching Canada brutalize the voiceless and call it “protocol.”
We are done letting government overreach hide behind the word “science.”
And we will NOT let this massacre be swept into silence.
Justice for these birds.
Justice for this family.
Justice for the truth.
And if that makes you uncomfortable?
Good.
It should.

@ABDanielleSmith This is not what you promised Alberta. 7 of 9 conditions kind of being met.
You talked big. Now you thrown up to the side. Disappointed in you to say the least and you no longer represent many Albertans. How much more bullshit did you think we would take?

Politicians as a class exhibit extreme narcissistic traits at rates far higher than the general population. A good example of someone like Melanie Joly @melaniejoly Psychological research consistently demonstrates that individuals who pursue and obtain high political office score significantly elevated on measures of grandiose narcissism, entitlement, exploitativeness, and lack of empathy. These are not occasional flaws; they are core operating features that the political system actively selects for and reinforces.
Narcissistic personality characteristics directly predict political ambition and electoral success. Studies using validated instruments such as the Narcissistic Personality Inventory show that the higher a person scores on narcissism, the more likely they are to run for office and the more likely they are to win. The traits that clinicians regard as pathological (need for constant admiration, willingness to exploit others, absence of remorse, and belief in personal exemption from rules) function as political assets in campaigns and governance.
Once elected, these individuals face almost no meaningful accountability for narcissistic behavior. Staff, party officials, and donors quickly learn that questioning the leader triggers rage or ostracism, so dissent is suppressed. Media criticism is dismissed as bias or conspiracy. Legal investigations are attacked as partisan persecution. When evidence of wrongdoing becomes undeniable, the response is almost never genuine contrition; it is deflection, denial, or counterattack. Apologies, when offered, are performative and immediately followed by claims of victimization.
This pattern is not limited to one party or one country. It is systemic. Left-wing politicians display the same grandiose entitlement as right-wing politicians; the only difference is the rhetorical packaging. One side presents itself as the sole guardian of moral progress, the other as the sole defender of traditional values. Both claim unique historical destiny and both treat criticism as treason against their personal mission.
The complete absence of accountability has concrete consequences. Public funds are diverted to projects that enhance personal image rather than public welfare. Policy decisions are made to generate admiration or punish perceived enemies rather than solve problems. Institutions are weakened when loyalty to the individual replaces loyalty to law or constitution. Trust in government collapses because citizens repeatedly witness the same people breaking the same rules without consequence.
The evidence is overwhelming: modern democratic systems do not merely tolerate extreme narcissism in leaders; they reward it, protect it, and replicate it. Until voters, parties, and institutions begin imposing real penalties for exploitative, entitled, and remorseless behavior, the political class will continue to be dominated by individuals who meet clinical criteria for narcissistic personality disorder. That is the current reality, documented by decades of peer-reviewed research and daily observation of those in power.
