Then another scared ICE agent freaks out and just starts shooting the restrained man in the back. Finally another ICE agent fires a bunch of rounds at his lifeless body. The Government just lied to you. These are POORLY TRAINED THUGS on a POWER TRIP because they have "UNLIMITED IMMUNITY". THEY DID THIS BECAUSE HE WAS FILMING and PROTESTING.
