Hi @PokerStars @StarsSupport i've tried joining you this week, and straight after completion it said my account was frozen. I've emailed in to try and resolve this but haven't had any response. Please can you advise?

@AXA Warrington. Someone keeps answering then putting me back on hold, its like they are waiting for me to end the call. I've been on for an hour now, and have just been put back to the start of the call queuing options.

@AXA Can someone contact me regarding an ongoing claim? I have tried to call several times and keep being told the claims handler will call me back, i never hear anything. I have now been on hold for over 45 minutes trying to get through to someone, and keep being passed around.
