Aside from a strange reffing performance. Clare tried to play a cynical game to try and bully Limerick in the second half, and Limerick focused on hurling, left it after them today! Neither of those teams that played today beat the Galway team that we saw yesterday.

🇮🇪 ⛽ Quick fuel protest update Day five and still going strong.

Whitegate refinery. Gardaí and Public Order Unit moved in today, used pepper spray to push protesters back, removed one man from a tractor. Tensions are high but no serious injuries reported.

Galway depot. The tanker is still blocked can't unload, adding to the fuel shortages across the west.

Dublin. O'Connell Street remains gridlocked with tractors and crowds, bikers have joined in too.

The real choke point right now is Rosslare Europort hundreds of trucks queued on the N25, ships could be turned away tomorrow as the port fills up. Bus Éireann services suspended. Protesters letting medical and refrigerated food lorries through, but everything else is stopped.

Government's finalising a support package won't announce while protests are ongoing but the actual protest leaders weren't even at the talks.

This isn't easing up yet. #FuelProtest
