@lfc19932@carso0onnn Yes it was, but Lamar’s season was better (got first team All pro)
MVP isn’t being confused as a “who is most important to their own team” award, when it’s a league wide value award. Better seasons should get MVP over a “more important” season imo
Bucky Irving - every regular season touch of 15+ yards in 2025
Irving's explosive touch rate dropped from 9.1% in 2024 to 4.9% in 2025, but he still was one of just 15 RBs to average at least one per game.
@stayhotpod@blaiden If you were the 2023 Lions, would you rather have drafted Gibbs like they did in real life, or have drafted Christian Gonzalez with that pick and then have Monty as rb1 and draft an rb in the later rounds? Ex: could have gotten Achane rd 3 instead of Hendon hooker
@BrettKollmann 16th in total EPA last year, after being 5th the year prior. He’s capable of being that good, just gotta hope that Zac Robinson can call plays at a level near what Liam Coen was doing
@SleeperNFL Randy Moss Maybe? But Randy broke records after he was traded, not before. Myles just came off of the sack record, so that’s more significant I would say.
@maxtoscano1 An athletic QB changes how the defensive line can rush. It forces them to play as a cohesive unit every down more than ever. Not only that, but man vs zone coverage is a concern because in man, the coverage guys can’t look at the QB. Also a +1 numbers advantage in the run game
