Big thank you to everyone who sent a message to me today 👏🏼 Sorry I was an emotional wreck 😢 on @GMB - Would you believe I really am getting through this & @benshephard as you saw 👀 is there for me 👍👌🏽
I’m doing the Brighton Half-Marathon. 37 runners for Say Aphasia. I’m definitely going to be slow, but it will be worth it.
We now have 14 drop-in groups in the UK, and we provide support for people with aphasia. Any donations would be very grateful!

For the last few months we’ve been following @chris_kammy as he faces his Apraxia diagnosis. I’m so proud he trusted us to help tell his story. Despite everything he’s dealing with his courage, positivity + of course humour shine through. Chris Kamara Lost for Words Wed 9pm @ITV
We want to say a BIG Christmas Thank you to Shirley & Cyril Cumbes, Jim & Sheila Lyall and Norma Jones for their yearly donations to our #YoungCarer Christmas Present Appeal. It means the world to both us & all the wonderful Young People we work with. 🎄🎅💜

@BBCTwo Andy Ibbott had a stroke, and now he has aphasia. But he’s very positive. Already he’s done #EmployableMe with BBC2, he’s done the #MarathonDesSables last year, but now he’s doing the Brighton half marathon on Sunday for #SayAphasia! I hope you’ll be there to cheer him on....!!!
