@BandQ Walked over a mile to B&Q Ashton for a click & collect to be told that I would have to wait in line with the cars queueing there and the wait was hours. Poor job of managing customer expectations. Other stores seem to manage without such long queue times.

@Tesco Please confirm whether your staff are directed to forbid purchase of certain items in Tesco on the grounds they are not basic necessities. If so why are you still selling these and not using the space either to assist with social distancing or to stock more essentials?

@Tesco What's the logic in stopping customers from buying more than 3 loose fruit/veg but allowing them to buy packs of the same fruit/veg. You are promoting overbuying, wastefulness and potentially profiteering. E.g. if my recipe requires 4 tomatoes I now have to buy 6

@Tesco Why do Tesco online not notify when an item goes out of stock between ordering and delivery? Surely this is not technologically beyond you? Tesco has always had this loss of face thing over running out of stuff. Your default position is let's just pretend it doesn't exist.

@sykescottages A confused (everyone at Sykes we spoke to) service, culminating in a booking (deposit paid) which Sykes unilaterally cancelled saying that it had in fact already been booked. Sykes blame the owner. I would not recommend using them as a holiday-maker or as an owner.
