@British_Airways I need to change dates of a flights that are departing tomorrow morning due to Covid 19 and I cannot get through to anyone by telephone or deal with it on your website. Really poor service for something as urgent as this.
@Hermesparcels I have been awaiting a parcel from you which was due on Saturday 15th August, still not received and only says the parcel has been delayed and will be on the move in the next 24 hours. Can you confirm who I need to speak to get a proper update.
