@Chase@ChaseSupport Congrats on the absolute WORST customer service award this month. You successfully drove me back to the significantly better @CapitalOne (sorry, I was absent briefly, I just got the Chase for the incentive).
@XfinitySupport is the most insane, worthless, worst customer service ORG I have experienced in decades. HOURS of wasted time just to put an account on hold. Multiple sessions, first on the phone when it was supposedly taken care of, only to be charged for another month.
@PayPal@AskPayPal Congratulations to Paypal for the transition from disruptive digital payment solution to traditional bank. $2.00 min interest charge for a $5.00 balance!!!!!! That will be my last transaction with you.
@Hertz insane with a confirmed reservation in hand, they wouldn’t honor and jacked the price $30 to $150 a day. Thanks @DollarCars for saving the day! #neverhertz
Curious why @vrbo negative ratings don't show on their listings? Curious how prevalent this? Can you say class action? @ExpediaGroup Curious why there is no way to complain about a listing to @vrbo? #thingsthatmakeyougohmmm
@AetnaHelp wow, I submitted a full claim over a month ago only to have you ask every question that is answered on each form I submitted (on your form). Almost like nobody every read the forms. Twice.
