@SGervais_ @alanthefisher When I do specifically where I live in little Italy I get 99 83 99. I think the problem is cause the literal border of Montreal proper includes a lot of suburban area in the east and west where as a city like New York is almost entirely dense urban area within its limits

This is why I love Montreal it takes me literally two minutes to get to work. Basically all my friend live within 20 minutes of each other by transit. our favourite spot is a 10 minute walk from my home. All this and my rent is still less than 30% of my monthly pay

My dream is that this kid can afford a cute little apartment where she can walk to work to a job she really likes. After work she can meet friends who live nearby at any number of cheap local eateries. We owe it to the next generations to restore cities to their former glory.

I learned later on that he does it every year. it’s the last lvl of FSL so I just imagine all the poor kiddos who go through 3 years of French classes for their last to end like that
