I was so busy these days, that's why there were no updates
As a dropshipping agent, what did I do?
A new client came to me these days, and his previous supplier sent him a broken product. I reshipped a new one for him
Lowered the COGS for a seller
Some sellers want to sell the products in bulk. I found the proper way to ship them
I quoted 10-20 products these days. If I don't record, I thought it was only 2-3, haha
One of a seller's customers canceled an order that he/she placed 2 months ago. That is so weird. And we checked and found that even when the package had arrived around 10 days after he/she placed the order, he/she rejected it. What? My seller and I have paid the cost. Is doing business really this hard these days?
Thanks to all my sellers and team

I was a bit busy yesterday, so there was no time to post
Daily orders fulfilled, invoices issued, tracking number got, discount checked
I talked a lot with one of my sellers today, have to say, he is really a nice guy, and we have had a smooth cooperation til now. I think he is reasonably satisfied with me, and I don't think I've let him down from my heart, either. I think we will still keep a long long-term cooperation
We talked about a product that was a seasonal product, and it's very hot now. So the factories' orders are all in the queue. He told me his competitor is very strong, but I think as long as we put in the big big effort, we can certainly outperform the competition. We plan to start early in the next year due to the seasonal product. I believe I can get a lower price and a novel style from the factory in the next year
Does anyone know how to handle the ads-banned problem? What is the main reason usually? I'm gonna learn something about it
Everything will go well

I guided a seller to bind his shop to our system
Daily tasks finished
I found there is a product with a big volume and light weight. The logistics calculate the weight not only based on the weight but also on the volume, so a big volume but light weight is not worth it. I'm going to talk with the factory and the warehouse about whether we can shrink the packaging volume
I lowered the cost from the factory, then lowered the COGS for an old client proactively as well, because his order volume is bigger than before

Daily orders fulfilled, invoices issued, discount checked, SKUs matched
A busy and tedious day. The work exercised my patience. Just like life, there are no Shortcuts. You have to take the journey one step at a time
I found a product for a seller, but the price is lower and the quality is better. Is there really such a good thing in the world?
A seller's getting momentum. I'm gonna lower the price from the factory for him
Sent a size chart to a seller. I wanna ask, why don't most Chinese factories state the product information clearly? Is there any problem with your product? It really wastes time
What I have done today is:
1. A seller wanted to stock up on a product to save production time and costs. I negotiated with the factory, and they can shorten the production time by about 5 days, but the cost has been the lowest since we have reached a large volume of daily orders. I'm trying to find another way to lower the cost if I can
2. There was a funny thing. A seller received a refund from a 2-month-old order due to a bullshit reason
3. I asked a potential client who wants to connect with us before
4. Checked the discount set and made the invoices for sellers
5. There is an SKU of a product that has been in short supply. I checked with the seller, and he asked the customer. Then we changed to another specification
6. Push the orders into our ERP system to get the tracking number and ship them
7. Wrote 2 tweets
Hey guys, this is Colin, a dropshipping agent from Mate Fulfill in China.
I intend to document my daily work from the first-person perspective of an agent.
Why do I have this plan? Here is the reason:
Sometimes after a whole day of work, I feel like I've done a lot of work, yet I don't know what exactly I've done. So I plan to record it on X every day, which will clearly show what I exactly done every day.
If you are my client, welcome to see what I did for your products. If you are an ecom seller, I hope my record can help you understand how to work with your agent better. If you are my supervisor, welcome to see what I actually did for my daily work.
So I'll try to keep a detailed record of everything I did. It can also help me review and make progress. If you have any advice, feel free to share
All is well!

Compared a cheap-priced product with a high-priced one. Have to say, there is a huge difference between them. Took a video, and I'm gonna send it to the seller
Quoted 4 products to a seller
Daily orders fulfilled, invoices issued, products added, and inventory checked
I was happy since I reposted a post and the author reposted my repost haha, and lots of ppl saw it
The factory is as busy as it is in Q4 now, since I heard a lot of orders received by the factory are in the queue. But Q4 is coming soon, hope every seller will sell their products well

Keep on finding ways to improve sellers' experience
Daily orders fulfilled, invoices issued, after-sales problems and logistics checked
Quoted some products to a seller
I‘m going to see whether I can ship some brands
Today I was happy, since a seller recommended me to another seller. Appreciate you guys. This gives me huge motivation
Sellers are gaining momentum, which means I'm gaining momentum, too. The big win-win, let's goo
