πON A MISSION TO UNF*CK MY BUSINESS
CURRENTLY 25K⬠IN DEBT FROM MY OTHER BUSINESS
STARTED MY FIRST US STORE 21.06.2026
POSTING DAILY UPDATES UNTIL I MAKE IT
day 33: $633.26 profit π probably the worst margin since I started the store
I did this to myself
Wednesday night I raised budgets 20% across ALL campaigns and all scaling adsets in my ABOs in both ad accs + I launched a ton of new ads all at the same time
campaigns that were running at 2-3x ROAS dropped to 0.5x overnight
the algorithm lost its mind trying to recalibrate everything at once
I'm giving everything until Sunday evening to stabilize on its own
if it doesn't I'm cutting deep, keeping only what's profitable and rebuilding creatives from scratch next week
not complaining, I made this mistake with my own hands and I own it
but that's the reality of scaling, sometimes you learn the hard way what not to do

I swear you can't fake this shit π
I was multitasking and I was on the phone with a customer asking for a PDF order confirmation on email
I ACCIDENTALLY SENT HER MY BRIEF.MD FILE WITH SOPs FORMATS AND ANGLES FOR THE WHOLE BRAND ππ€£
she asked me if that .MD file was a virus and I said oh it's the WRONG FILE, let me resend you the order confirmation
I muted myself on the call because I couldn't hold back my laugh ππ
at least now she will understand why she bought the product from my brand
she got some sauce and I got to laugh my ass off π€£
moral of the story: DONT MULTITASK when you have to send documents lol
day 29: $1,738.74 profit π«§
shopify dropped the new dashboard on me today π
that crater at noon is - $386 in fraud refunds hitting at the same time
I think I made a good decision to refund them instead of sending the orders and getting chargebacks after
still ended up $446 lighter in adspend than yesterday and $290 more in profit so I'll take it

@Hewasecom wow there are really levels to TS π€―
thanks for the clarity and hats off to you and your team for keeping this content machine alive holly πΆ
I emailed them 3 times a week for a month straight π€£
every time I got the same answer from all the support reps, something like "keep doing what you are doing and it will go down"
they dont give you a timeline or a set number of orders (I think they dont because merchants might abuse it)
but my best guess is a month after your first sale it goes down to 3 days if you dont have any chargebacks or shady stuff happening with your backend
at least thats how it went for me, I fulfilled around 1200 orders in 30 days, im not sure if that sped up the process
day 30: $1,731.81 profit π―
overall margin is flat and juicy for 2 days now π€
launched 4 new ads yesterday across 2 validated formats on the winning SKUs
the plan is to launch 12 more before Saturday π
got a few winners running way above my KPIs for a few days now
today im separating them in the scaling ABO with 10% of the ad account daily budget each
this might mess up the margins for a few days, but again im gambling it all for the weekend π€£
my goal for this week is scaling the overall budgets into the weekend + validating a few more winning ads that can be isolated in my scaling ABOs π€―
I will take it really slow like 10%

yes I agree with you 100%
but at the end of the day I think weekly average is what matters, not a few bad days that are out of our control
regarding the budgets, I actually incresead them yesterday by adding more creatives into my scaling ABOs π€£
todays perfromance seems a bit better already so im planning to launch even more stuff
but every business is different, if your 3 day view and 7 day view is trash yeah I would consider cutting some budgets ποΈ
but if the average is stable, dont bother about random noise from things that we cant control π«‘
thanks for everything that you do for the ecom community bro
im currently on a rant and im MAD AF about all the predatory funnels and tactics of the "gurus" that target beginners and sell them unrealistic big dreams
all I can say is that your content on youtube is a breath of fresh air for the whole ecom space and I really look up to you π€
day 32: $1,235.32 profit π₯² (#MetaOutage survivor)
got zucked hard yesterday π
ad account 2 sat idle all day then dumped the entire budget in the evening
launched 3 breaktrough ads in the scaling ABO and performance wobbled
yeah this is 100% cope, but Meta was actually down and traffic was all over the place
at the end of the day it could have been much worse
planning to launch 2 batches of 3 ads ads today and hopefully they will stabilize when the weekend traffic comes

bro stfu, posts like this are the reason why beginners ruin their life savings in this business model
how can you say it so confidently with 3rd grade math that you can make 10k profit in a month if you have a 6 USD CPA with one product and one angle
if it was that fking easy every ecom guy on X would drive a lambo
the most disturbing part is that in "theory" this is not wrong, but in reality this is misleading AF
first of all $6 CPA over a month? WTF are you talking about
you just picked numbers that sound good, did the multiplication, and called it a business model.
a beginner reads this and thinks "ok I need a $47 product with a $14 cost and $6 CPA"
none of those numbers are grounded in reality.
you made them up and then when they spend 3 months not hitting $6 CPA they think they're the problem
they're not. misleading content like your post is.
A $47 product with a $14 cost and a $6 ad spend per sale prints $27 profit per order.
400 orders a month is $10,800 in profit.
All from one product, one store, and one ad angle that hits.
The math on this stuff is embarrassingly simple when you stop overcomplicating it.
