Hello @Geopost_news please you can intervene with DPD in the UK, a parcel from @jessops has not been received by me, there's no proof of delivery & as a result, I'm unable to complete a an important project. DPD has been very evasive. & all DPD UK Twitter accounts are scams

@dragonjones @WHXTech @dragonjones @Jessops I urgently need help. I traded in for a camera that I never received. I’m on Sark for a project and without the camera I cannot work. Waiting 6–8 weeks for a DPD investigation isn’t possible, please, I’m asking you to step in and escalate this. 🙏🙏

Under the Consumer Rights Act, @Jessops are responsible for getting the item to me, not the courier. The investigation with DPD should run alongside a replacement, not instead of one. I can’t wait 6–8 weeks. This delay is unfair and damaging my ability to work.
