The paid endorsement scam just blew up in her face.

Lady Gaga’s $20 million payout from the Kamala Harris campaign is now going to cost her twice that amount.

The FEC determined that Gaga’s payment was in return for her endorsement — which she never disclosed. Millions of her fans believed she was endorsing a candidate in good faith. They hit her with a $10 million fine.

A federal judge then used the FEC report to rule in favor of the Super PAC that funded the payment, awarding them $30 million in damages.

That’s what happens when you cheat… and your side no longer controls the swamp.

• Clear conflict of interest on funding
• Final recommendations kept secret

Now the receipts are gone.

Under Section 77 of the FOI Act, deliberately destroying records after a request to prevent disclosure is a criminal offence. Misconduct in public office also exists for serious abuse of trust.

Whether this crosses that line is for investigators to decide. But the pattern is clear: stacked process, secrecy, then deleted evidence.

A definition they want schools, police and organisations to adopt…and we can’t properly examine how it was made.

This investigation should have happened the moment this happened.

Sky News journalists turned up at Nigel Farage’s non political daughter’s home in a blacked out car, blocking across the drive.

If someone did that outside my home, I’d be wondering whether I was about to be robbed.

Sky knew Nigel was out of the country, they were waiting for him at the airport.

To me, this looked like an attempt at political intimidation.
