left Craven Arms at 7 am, misty but not raining. A Bit slippy climbing Wenlock Edge and have been walking along the ridge since 8.30 am

I Am in Knighton now, took just over 7 hours. I am out of condition, legs feel tired.

Just to say it's good to be back on the path. The aim is to get to Penkridge in Staffordshire which is 4 days walking and 75 miles xx

35 years ago I had an accident with a glass milk bottle. As I have been using the sticks for walking, this has caused my hand to flare up...
