Just sat on the quiet coach of a @GWR service into London. Have been verbally abused for over an hour. Now the pleasant family are off - thanks BTP - the guard has the cheek to remind me it’s the quiet coach!

Oh, and apparently all I had to do was get up, walk past the potentially violent family and find the guard at the front of the train…..I didn’t so there’s nothing he could do….So it was all my fault? I think someone’s embarrassed the police were waiting for his train!
