I've been doing CrossFit for 9 months now and I'm still discovering muscles that I have not used much. Currently having to walk with my knees bent just so I can move from A to B after the legday workout on Tuesday😅

I have a really annoying problem I'm dealing with in my role right now. My calendar is jam-packed with onboarding calls since we went viral last month. However, the no-show rate is AWFUL. Today 4/4 calls just didn't show up.

Anyone got some tips on how to improve this situation?

@JamesFromWC The incentive is meant to be that they get some free advice on how to effectively use the platform to reach their spreadsheeting goals. They are the ones booking the call after all. 🤷‍♂️😔

What do you suggest as an incentive?

@StefanManku I've set 2 email reminders. One 24 hours before the call and another 1 hour before the call. 😞

Not sure how I would qualify or define a higher value prospect here, most people booking onboarding sessions are brand new to the platform. Any suggestions on what to base that off?

It's a great idea for any freelancer to set strong boundaries for these types of things. A rule I used in the past was if I had earned above a threshold that month or quarter, I'd allocate x holiday days.

After some more time actually following through on that, you get used to it and treat it the same way you would in a FT job.

Personally I think GCP has throttled them because of unpaid bills (which is what GCP does) and they have passed on those new limits platform wide out of necessity.
