@GlobalScamArt@sheldonlikesyou@femalepencil Right. It stopped costing money well before we had phones that could run a workaround app, so it wasn't a problem that could be solved by an app.
@Sam_l0ve@michelleames@muheediva01 I think cinnamon is the dividing line between sugar toast being something you ate because it was good vs only because it was cheap.
@LibertyEthics Were you not going to the dentist, or did they just not yell at you? (I was also not flossing, just with a sense of not doing my homework)
@moultano I think the susceptibility to this way of thinking is why the Trump campaign pushed so hard to prevent early counting of mail-in in many states.
@moultano Not exactly convince. The general end state is that there is a list of suspicious areas and getting them to agree that each item is probably not fraud still, in their head, sums to a good chance of fraud. I do think fewer things that look bad would peel many of them away.
@LizWolfeReason@RichardHanania The only part he ever changed his mind about was that black people are inherently low IQ. He's never had any sense of human life being meaningful outside of productive intelligence.
@TPCarney If I recall correctly from filling out the forms, it did at least let you stop reporting all 529s under every kid, and just do their specific account.
@jdflynn I'm gonna be super old here and advocate for Facebook over Reddit for this. If you can find a closed group that you "apply" to, those are actually generally decent. Admins generally kick people who start off topic fights, or who get nasty, and nobody is there just to hate post.
@PeterMoskos@JohnSurico I'm not sure I knew anybody born in Dallas when I lived there. Mostly not even born in Texas. Probably not true anymore, but I think any high growth city can work like that. You move into a new neighborhood, and everybody else is a transplant, as is everybody your company hired
@SeanTrende@LeahLibresco I'm also in Ohio with an autistic son. He's on the mild end, so didn't (and shouldn't have) qualified for that level of help, but it was eye opening to see how much harder things are when childcare is hard to use.
