@thewinterdollx You're misunderstanding the actual law. The recent Supreme Court ruling merely clarified that that the terms “sex,” “woman,” & “man” in the Equality Act 2010 strictly mean biological sex and that a Gender Recognition Certificate doesn't alter a person's legal sex under the Act.
