@amandalah@TCAdvancingLit@TeachersCollege Read alouds paired with small groups are such a strong way to build comprehension and vocabulary. Knowledge building matters so much in ELA.
@Sara_S_Mustafa@Cambridge_Uni I love the focus on what we should keep and protect. The human and thinking skills are what I care most about as a teacher.
@KhalidAliAlHaj2 Congratulations to Al-Waleed! Building something for his own classmates and launching it in front of his teachers is a big deal. You must be so proud.
Small win: I have a bot that reads my school email every morning and gives me a short list. Deadlines, parent questions, what can wait. It takes 2 minutes to read instead of 30 to dig through. That's the kind of AI I want.
I teach 6th grade ELA, and this year I started using AI bots to handle the busywork. Not to replace teaching. Just to give me my evenings back. I'll be sharing what actually works (and what doesn't) here. Teachers, what eats most of your time?
