@AxelTheDoby@ES_News_@alfiereynxlds A failure to provide (either breath, or if applicable blood) at the station will result in you being charged with the distinct offence of “Failing to Provide” which carries the same penalty as being over the limit (thus it is always in your best interest to provide and TRY) 2/2
@AxelTheDoby@ES_News_@alfiereynxlds At the roadside, after certain offences, the requirement is made for you to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.
If you refuse, you will get arrested for failing to provide. At the station, you are given the same option, and you can request a doctor takes blood 1/2
@AxelTheDoby@ES_News_@alfiereynxlds And this proves that there can also be lovely adult interactions on this app as well!
Although breath is used at both the roadside (screening) and at the station (evidential), blood can also be taken in the U.K. if they are unable to provide breath.
@AxelTheDoby@ES_News_@alfiereynxlds We measure using Breath Alcohol Content at the roadside in the U.K, with the legal limit being 35 micrograms per 100ml of breath. This equates to a Blood Alcohol Content of just under 0.075%.
Him blowing 84 at the roadside is equivalent to 0.178%.
@ListerLawrence Yes yes yes 1000% this!
I had a poster of the INSIDE of this car in my playhouse as a 10 year old. How many other cars do you have a poster of the inside?!

@garysmi @CMPG @VinnymanOne@firearmsWMP Hi Gary. The second A6 pictured is not an ARV, however, the point around the ‘*’ is incorrect and varies by force. The original A6 pictured is one of the first marked ARVs in West Midlands to display a ‘*’; their other marked ARVs (XC90 & X5’s) don’t carry them.
