@Martin_Nekkolai Only time (so far) I’ve sought medical help for the “annoyances” was when the normal back pain turned into horrible night pain unrelieved with changes in position + progressive weakness in LE. Aside from that I just do the active rest / workout mods and watchful waiting.

Its been quite a journey of evolution for me from a narrow structural/biomechanical view on pain in the early years - to a flexible, person centred, biopsyschosocial perspective...so grateful to so many people who have shared the journey with me :)
