Thanks Collette. We don’t know the specifics here but where a company becomes insolvent the administrators can access the furloughing scheme. If that isn’t possible, then we have strengthened the safety net through universal credit with £7bn of additional funding.

- those who went self employed after c August 2018
- self employed with profits over £50k
- employees whose firm's went bust
- employees who aren't being furloughed
- new job starters in may
