President Trump reaped a stunning windfall in his first year back in the White House, including about $1.4 billion from his family’s cryptocurrency businesses, a new filing shows.
Trump pulled in at least $2.2 billion, a figure that includes other parts of his vast holdings, such as his real estate assets. That compares to a minimum of $622 million his enterprises pulled in for all of 2024, before he returned to the presidency.
The president’s finances, which had been something of a mystery, highlight a conflict in his crypto business: Trump is a major crypto industry operator and its top policymaker.
It is hardly the only issue to arise from having a businessman serve as president. At the link in our bio, read more details from the mandatory financial disclosure.
FDA has granted Zyn a huge win. Hiding the harms of nicotine, misleading consumers, & clearing the way for Big Tobacco to hook the next generation on these highly addictive products. https://t.co/bzVMxDRrn9

Every one here in this country outside of the Native Americans is a birthright citizen. Oh…. And Trump, Vance and Steven Miller are all married to immigrants. I mean WTF??!
I wish Congressman Kean continued progress in his battle against depression. I come from a family with a history of depression and have seen my loved ones struggle.
I believe every person should have access to mental health support, including paid time off and sick leave.
Congressman Kean has opposed these very benefits for all workers that Members of Congress get. It’s time for that to change.
We just passed our 2027 budget – an affordability and opportunity budget that puts New Jersey families first.
We’re delivering the most property tax relief in state history, investing in our kids, making housing more affordable, fully funding our pension system, cutting our structural deficit in half, and growing our surplus – all without raising taxes on individual New Jerseyans.
Younger generations across the globe are in need of a more hopeful future.
I was honored to talk about building this future through resilience at the GW Institute for Korean Studies.
This administration has given itself a 60 day clock to negotiate a new nuclear deal with Iran, something that requires time, thoughtfulness, and careful diplomacy. We have not seen that from this administration.
Since Day 1, Trump had no plan. He started this war in our name, with our money, but without our say and without a plan. If he's making claims about a ceasefire deal, you deserve to know exactly what's in it.
Last week, I met with leadership of the Valley National Bank and Urban League of Essex County, members of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, to tour one of their affordable housing units in Newark, NJ.
Building affordable units like these is crucial to addressing the housing crisis in our country.
That’s why we must pass the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act that aims to boost supply of affordable housing while lowering costs on American families. I'm proud to have authored several provisions in this package that will address the housing crisis that is hurting families across New Jersey.
In order to address our country's housing crisis, we need to build more housing.
That's why I authored several provisions in the Senate's housing package that would build more affordable housing units, like this one in Newark, across our entire state.
We must pass the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act and create opportunities for all who call New Jersey home.
America is in a full-blown housing crisis. For too long, the federal government has been asleep at the switch.
That changes today. https://t.co/I0syl60f8l
