Malaria parasites have more than 10 stages of cellular differentiation. @collins_hckbio @TheHackbio is using different bioinformatics tool to evaluate different mutations in the genome sequence data and simplify these complex processes.

@TheHackbio Despite made effort control malaria (the deadliest killer disease known), it's still among the health problems in least developed regions of the world. #team_collins re-analysed the genome data of Plasmodium falciparum, the most virulent specie using bioinformatic tools.
