The issue raised by the coffee seedling suppliers in Masaka has been resolved. His Excellency the President @KagutaMuseveni , through the State House Comptroller @JaneBarekye , will ensure that the suppliers are paid fully tomorrow morning.

I also wish to inform the nation that the matter appears to have been escalated due to political differences and the stress faced by the seedling operators. The contract to supply the coffee seedlings was awarded to Chairman Bulegeya of Masaka. Hon. Justine Namere only witnessed the arrangement and was not a contracting party to the suppliers, contrary to the allegations made by the lady yesterday.

Whoever brought the idea of changing government vehicle number plates from letter initials to numbers did us bad,before it would be simpler to identify a car with forexample A representing agriculture but now you just see 25-30-40-39 and can't tell who is misusing the road
