The govt of Lagos, if serious, can optimise population, manage waste and do proper city planning n dev. Eg, Lekki is dev done badly.

Waste mgt is the govt's work & Blaming ppl 4 it enforce compliance is daft.
Proper planning and development is lacking , hence d regular floods.
Blaming sea level is lame
