Sometimes I look back and don’t understand why I made some of the decisions I made or talked to the people I talked to. Moving away and making new friends has healed my anxiety and depression; I couldn’t be happier.

I have a completely different mindset now. I had to make some jumps but now I am happier than I have ever been. Coming out of depression takes a lot of work but it’s amazing what’s on the other side. 💪
