@KitzingerCelia The content of the email is as a result of covid. It’s simply the court saying not to attend the court building unless it is stated in the notice of hearing that the hearing is in person. There’s nothing sinister in it at all.

Exciting, but tiring, day in court (from my study) obtaining an urgent interim injunction restraining a party from cremating the body of the deceased, who died from covid 19, in contravention of the deceased’s testamentary wishes.
