@VutPedro É preciso distinguir apoios contributivos dos não-contributivos como é o caso da PSU. Imigrantes nunca deveriam receber apoios não-contributivos. Mesmo os contributivos, têm de ter regras apertadas pois para cá permanecerem têm de ter meios de subsistência, não viver de apoios.
