NFU Case: After a gap of about five months and after a very hard chase, the matter has been again listed for Hearing on 22 Sept 26 in Hon'ble Supreme Court. This is going to be the Fifth Bench in front of which the matter is being listed. With the Govt enjoying a Stay Order since last about TEN years and with more than 75 adjournments, all taken by the Govt, I am still looking forward for a speedy and positive outcome.
