@Schwalm5132@WallStreetApes Right...a life experience and a conversation piece! If this is the worst that happens in their life, they are doing pretty good! ✌️
@WallStreetApes Oh please....chalk it up to a life experience. This builds character--and not to dismiss the many stories these grads will be able to tell in the future! I say "congrats" grad for sticking with it and being awesome! 🎓
A 15-year-old Alabama boy, Will Roberts, who lost his leg to bone cancer, has had his plea for access to an experimental drug that could save his life answered by the Trump administration, with Dr. Oz and Melania Trump quickly moving to secure his treatment at a care facility in California.

Frontier Airline Kicked Off this Deaf person because the Flight Attendant said she wasn’t paying attention to her commands! It says on her Boarding Pass and Ticket that she’s deaf, they still removed her 🤬
This is a final cry for help, so I hope and pray that President Trump sees this.
I know it sounds crazy, Mr. President, but the number one reason why reading and math scores continue their decline is because classroom instruction is not evidence-based.
The reason why instruction isn’t evidence-based is that part is excluded from most government-run preservice Educator Preparation Programs (EPPs).
Therefore, most of the current teaching workforce lacks the capacity to teach most of America’s children how to read and do mathematics at the most basic level—i.e., grade level proficiency standards.
Data released in today’s 2024 Nation’s Report Card supports my statement (https://t.co/pdHoiSxKSt). Add to that the plethora of anecdotal evidence from teachers who have been saying for years that EPPs do not provide credentialing or practical training in evidence-based instruction, which means teachers enter classrooms unprepared to teach reading and math effectively, leaving both educators and students at a disadvantage. #NAEP
“To deny literacy to any people is one of the greatest crimes against human nature. It is to deny them the means of freedom and the rightful pursuit of happiness, and to defeat the very end of their being.” ~Frederick Douglass

@colmalloy@CollinRugg Ever heard of unfunded mandate?
And “least restrictive environment” is literally what puts these schools in an unmanageable position. People who have a “big heart” and no sense of reality in the classroom making policies.
@Rocket__Mac@colmalloy@CollinRugg Ever hear of waste, fraud, abuse of taxpayer dollars, corruption, chronic noncompliance with civil rights laws, the Special Education Mafia, and the Education Iron Triangle?
@Rocket__Mac@CollinRugg Again..wrong.! They "must not be isolated." These students are not lepers who need to be removed for safety. zever heard of "least restrictive environment?" Districts need to teach teachers for best practices. I know...I have plenty of challenging students in my self-cont class!!
