Smol reminder that project founders

- Are responsible for staff livelihoods
- Are responsible for community investments
- Are under constant regulatory attack
- Have minimal to no compliance guidelines or support systems
- Have no safe haven for their treasury and need to constantly be on high alert
- Never have reliable revenue streams (royalties disappearing out of no where for example)
- Operate in the most volatile industry known to man
- Have the constant anxiety that anything no matter how reputable could completely bottom out seemingly out of no where

I know it’s high risk high reward, but Jfc the people here 100% have the talent to work in another industry that allows them to sleep at night peacefully and still remain successful but do this shit anyway, largely for the love of it.
