@AmericanAir is a joke. Flight from DFW boarded, then removed everyone. Went across the airport to plane #2. All boarded and all removed AGAIN. Now we are back clear across the airport AGAIN waiting on a 3rd flight. Worthless airline in a worthless airport.

@AmericanAir Flight 1256 to Cozumel is a mess. Your crew has no idea what they are doing, they’ve traumatized some teenagers (and me!), and are very rude. As someone who paid for first class, it’s very upsetting to see children upgraded because you oversold your flight!
