Great session this morning . Volunteer group filled 5 bags with goosegrass and another type of bedstraw that were both taking over some of the wildflower areas. Large numbers of bees out enjoying the wildflower nectar @Brockwell_Hall @ClaphamCommon1 @BandstandBeds @LeifBersweden

A fantastic morning with a big group of volunteers at @weareaceofclubs, planting fruit trees, pruning existing plants and clearing weeds ready for the new growing season. 🌲

It was brilliant to be back and work more on this great green space for an incredibly important charity.

Lots happening on our garden this morning: @freedomseedbank workshop, beds being topped with our compost ready for 🧅 planting and a delivery of beds had arrived ready for assembling next week… Oh, and our produce stall 🥕🥬🪴

It’s all about pumpkins this morning - with our heaviest weighing 9.3kg!

Our stall is open as usual with a range of veggies and chutneys up for grab - including some of the last tomatoes and freshly picked beetroot. (And of course, pumpkins!)
