@AliAbdaal I find it hugely difficult to watch, but feel a duty to stay aware of issues; if nothing else, it prompts and enables me to pray for those suffering. Feel like the self-centredness of totally shutting yourself off from hearing about other people’s pain needs acknowledging here?
What I’d love is a tool that let people view their beliefs by the demographics of who also believes. If I’m standing with mostly people of privilege against mostly people without privilege, that is an opportunity to reflect on why I believe what I believe.
Polices are not guides. I can easily read a full policy and pick out a handful of sentences that are the only important bits to know
Make them into something easier for people to understand! No one has time to read 200 pages & 10 policies. They won’t remember it!

@RadPhysicsGrrl Hahaha oh no!! I admire the dedication 😅 Just boxed ours in with extra PMMA, probably not ideal either but did the job. Working the tape hard as usual 😂
NHS managers need to be super conscious of how overworking, sending&responding to emails well outside work hours, often wearing it as a badge of pride even - contributes to a culture of expectation. Setting boundaries around our time isn't selfish, it gives others permission to /
