On Saturday Salisbury City Council leader Samuel Charleston was seen grabbing his puppy by the neck as she hangs in the air. The incident occurred at around 3pm on Saturday near Old Sarum Castle.

So far he has refused to resign, claiming 'we all make mistakes'. This isn't a mistake it's animal abuse
