@GoPro As a new gopro customer, Ive found the complete lack of customer support, very disappointing. Ive requested several call backs, yet nobody ever calls. My camera is faulty and I simply want to use the camera replacement service I signed up for. My case number is 12012463.
@GoPro This is nonsense. I even took my phone in the shower with me so as not to miss a call. A quick search of previous tweets shows this response to other people's complaints. Can we start an email dialogue? There must be another way
