@Enterprise That’s not helpful either. Nobody is calling. We can make this a public thing now. All I’m getting is “escalation” and “priority” buzz words. It’s been four days and nobody will call me or resolve the issue.

@Enterprise I returned my rental car three days ago but they keep charging me. I’ve called three times with no calls back. I’ve provided the name of the person, time I dropped off, nobody will help me. Can someone helpful actually call, resolve this, give me the money back?
@Enterprise And I sent a DM but still nobody has called me today. The issues continue. Terrible customer service. I’ve heard the word “escalate” about fifteen times with zero follow through.
@Matt_Pinner@charliesheen Saw him at the 1995 Indians ALCS game. Went up to the bathroom, he was standing there just smoking a cigarette, by himself. Major League was still fresh and we got a program, had him sign it. Signed it #99. Still have it hanging in my basement.
@cirsay Can we move on from Ballard already? He’s done nothing to help this team win outside of a splash here or there. His arrogance outweighs his ability to make sound decisions. Every team in the division has made their team significantly better over the last few years.
