@NewbergNice Unfortunately, large signs ARE effective. I wish it wasn't so, and it isn't so in many areas, but in some - like Newberg - it is effective. A reason why the Recall came so close - and IMO, why R. Rogers and Council candidates are getting outvoted. People here vote for signs. 1/
