The Tesla odometer lawsuit is hilarious.🤦🏻‍♂️

Teslas do not artificially increase mileage.

In fact, the opposite used to be the case! There was a bug long ago where the odometer sometimes wouldn't be saved to NVRAM properly & would end up a few miles lower than it was when parked!
