Many people want to dupe innocent aspirants' money into futile court cases but let me say this :
Stop fooling aspirants.
Court cases are a dead end; money lost, hopes crushed, heavy fines imposed. We seen it all over & again.
The solution isn’t courts.
The problem is excessive reservation and no permanent age policy for Open Merit.
When just 30 of 80 posts are open & 50 reserved at that start, many don’t even waste their attempt in the exam.
Lets End the noise. Use all our energies to Fix the cause behind the tragedy year after year, exam after exam.
Lets us get reservation Rationalised, Set a permanent OM age policy. Once. For all. Period.
So here we are on 7th December, watching the exam go ahead after a full-blown tug-of-war between two elephants. But one thing must be said clearly, The JKPSC Chairman is not above the LG or the CM. Having said so When two big elephants fight, the grass suffers and we suffered badly. But today we saw a smaller elephant charge ahead, fully aware that the age-relaxation file was still under process.
Has he not postponed exams before?
Hasn’t the same JKPSC delayed, cancelled and dragged recruitments for years including the infamous 2016 process? So what suddenly changed now? What was the hurry this time?
And let me ask the real question.
Are you trying to tell us that without a direct written order you wouldn’t postpone the exam even when you knew thousands of aspirants were mentally shattered, flights being cancelled and the file was pending?
Is that what accountability looks like?
In a democracy institutions serve the youth not the other way around.
Don’t punish students because of administrative ego. They deserved fairness, not this treatment.
P.S. We will remember it.
P.S.S All the best to every aspirant appearing today. Do your best.
May God be with you.
May God help us all.

If addressing these matters is beyond your capacity, @OmarAbdullah, it may be appropriate to let another qualified individual oversee the duties of the CM office. #JKAS#JK#JKPSC

@Sunil_SharmaBJP zindabad plz Honourable Leader of the Opposition, I solemnly swear that I shall cast my vote for the BJP for the entirety of my life. I earnestly beseech you to orchestrate a miracle .
➡️CM Office sends age relaxation file to LG on 2 Dec (3 months after posts advertised)
➡️LG Office returns file on the same day seeking clarification on whether age relaxation at the stage is possible?
➡️@OmarAbdullah’s GAD orders deputation of officers for the conduct of JKPSC Prelims on 3 Dec.
➡️CM Office files no response to queries till date!
Students continue to suffer.
H'ble @OfficeOfLGJandK Sir,
If you "sympathise with young aspirants" ,then postpone this exam . Let there be no more delay & no more blame games.
Let there be respite.
Kindly Issue an order to JKPSC & thus demonstrate that Raj Bhavan has evolved into Lok Bhavan !
@OfficeOfLGJandK
The advertisement notice for the examination was published by the J&K Public Service Commission on 22.08.2025. The exam was notified to be conducted on 07.12.2025 through a notice on 06.11.2025.
Social media posts with regard to JKPSC exam are misleading. Lok Bhavan had received the file on 2nd Dec, 2025 which was categorically related to Age Relaxation only.
The story of the JKAS exam is turning better than any suspense movie.
The only difference is that this suspense is playing with the emotions and futures of thousands of aspirants.
Where is the official order?
Do we have the exam tomorrow or not?
How long will this uncertainty continue??

If the Hon’ble Chief Minister had already sent the file after approval, there was absolutely no reason for any further queries. What was considered correct for the last many years remains correct today. The CM has categorically stated that the exams should have been postponed.
Instead of indulging in petty politics in this dual power centre, LOP Sunil Sharma should use his energy to exert pressure on Lok Bhawan.
Its simple and clear:
1.Relaxation must be granted.
2.Exams must be postponed.
This is the unanimous view of the elected government and every single person in the National Conference.
Anything beyond this from anyone else is a lie or mere whataboutery.

The sitting Chief Minister and the ex-CM sahib alike are beseeching an immediate deferment of the examination. Nevertheless, the tenor of the adjudication remains utterly nebulous; one cannot fathom what is unfolding @OmarAbdullah@RuhullahMehdi@MehboobaMufti@Sunil_SharmaBJP
Aspirants of the JKPSC CCE are caught in a tussle between the LG and the CM. In this freezing cold, they are out on the streets asking for nothing more than basic fairness -age relaxation and a reasonable exam schedule.
I urge @OfficeOfLGJandK and @OmarAbdullah to step in and resolve this issue without any further delay.
Chief Minister expressed deep concern over the travel chaos caused by the ongoing airline issues, compounded by the uncertainty resulting from Lok Bhavan’s delay in approving age relaxation, a provision granted multiple times in the past. He urged JKPSC to take note of the unprecedented stress on aspirants and consider postponing the exam in the interest of fairness and equal opportunity for all.
