Comcast Internet service out again. Refuse to acknowledge it's on their end. No tech before Tuesday. Ridiculous.

@ComcastDete Because if Verizon had a working website sign-up system, I'd be a Verizon customer right now after yet another Comcast crash.

1 hr later, they got around to fixing the problem--I just wish they could have done that 12 hrs ago, w/o me needing to create a new twitter.

[Comcast Customer @comcastcustomer]

Of course, first they needed to send someone to fiddle around 2 hours in my condo before they believed me that the problem was on their end.

[Comcast Customer @comcastcustomer]

Thanks to Twitter, Comcast sent someone today instead of tomorrow.
