@AmazonHelp It's been almost 10 days since I contacted. Amazon customer care is getting worst day by day. I have been told to wait for 3-5 business days but nothing. Now #Amazon is a scam platform now that sells fake and duplicate products under the name of Appario.

@AmazonHelp I haven’t provided any resolution from Social media team. You know wht deep down i know that i wont be given refund because i have tried to raise complaints to amazon customer care many times and they outright deny that there was a duplicate product and won’t be provided refund.

@AmazonHelp Yes, I have raised many complaints from the day of the delivery, first, they are not accepting that the seller sent the duplicate product it's the buyer who returned the wrong product.
