You could be adding input lag right now and not even know it. Intel PresentMon is free. Open it in game and look for your presentation model. Composed: Flip = added delay. Independent Flip = good. RTX 40 series or older with a high refresh rate monitor? DSC is probably breaking Multiplane Overlay and pushing you into Composed Flip automatically. Disable DSC in your monitor to fix it, just know you might trade 360Hz for 300-330Hz at 1440p if your setup doesn't have the bandwidth without it you could also disable fullscreen optimizations and use Legacy Flip.
