There’s a huge movement of Coal Tits going on here in southern Sweden. 265 were logged migrating at @FalsterboBO today. The 1973–2023 season (Aug–Nov) average there is 581 per year, and significant numbers usually don’t start until well into September.

@owene73 @lizardschwartz Our 2014 genetic study suggested that hebridensis was found on Hyskeir, so they do seem to occur across at least parts of the Inner Hebs.
