Commando Joes no1 Kent based instructor @JoshCommandoJoe Josh is a former Cavalryman 💪🏼 a ballroom dancer (specialising in the jive) 🕺and is currently working in primaries in Kent.. he’s recently made great use of the new EYFS resources 🙌🏼🙌🏼@CommandoJoes

Great Day in Sunny Brighton yesterday with our instructor Jack!!💪🏼 Jack is a former Prison Officer 👮🏻‍♂️🔑 from Horsham he is also keen rugby prop 🏉 and in his younger days was a dressage and showjumping champ🏇🏇 who knew those two hobbies went together 🤷🏻‍♂️@CommandoJoes

Afternoon with Joe 💪🏼 Commando Joe Joe has been @HemelHSchool for the last 2 years. He’s a bit of an Op Blackout specialist 🔦 and a boxing coach 🥊… it was fantastic seeing first hand the work he does in school 🫡 @CommandoJoes

In Kings Langley with their instructor Jack 💪🏼. Jack spent time with Ambulance service 🚑🚑 and worked as a personal trainer before joining CJs a couple of years ago. Jacks interests include and cold water therapy in lakes 💪🏼 🥶@CommandoJoes 🫡🫡

Afternoon spent with Chrysanthe🇬🇷Chrysanthe works at a Hemel school 5 days a week where she is highly regarded! She comes from an AP background and her knowledge of behaviour and conflict resolution is unrivalled. She has also spent 20yrs practicing Tai chi🧘🥋🫡@CommandoJoes

In Berkhamsted this morning with Commando Alex!!💪🏼Alex hails from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 but is a highly valued member of the South team!! You can take his life but never take his freedom!! Alex served in the RAF regiment and his favourite CJ character is Romeo Resilience!! @CommandoJoes

In London today with Derek!! Our CJ from across the pond 🇺🇸🇺🇸 he is former US Air Force ✈️interestingly Derek can program in 7 computer languages 🤓🤷🏻‍♂️ he knows some interesting mission hacks and favourite CJ character is Amelia Earhart 👩🏻‍✈️👩🏻‍✈️ @CommandoJoes

Out and about visiting the instructors in the south 🚙🙌🏼Tia is smashing it in Primary settings in the Hemel area 💪🏼. Tia’s favourite colour is teal and her favourite CJ character is Nancy Wake! Tia is also a serving medic in the Army reserve @CommandoJoes
