You pay but who appointed the Chair of Fulton’s Election Board? After the 2013 Georgia General Assembly, not Fulton’s BOC. However, a resolution prepared regarding HB347 (BRE Chair) would repeal the local act under Home Rule, amending the appointment process for the Chair.

Prior to the 2013 GA General Assembly, Fulton County had 3 reps on the MARTA Board, however, we now lack authority to nominate/select any appt to this Board. There's no designated seat on the HB930 (ATL Board) for the ATL Mayor, DeKalb County CEO, or Fulton County BOC Chair, why?
