@GranMag0 I started with one question: how could I avoid presenting an estimate as an exact boundary? Noting which levels were approximate in my setup notes helped.

@GranMag0 Checking the calendar again when a trade ran longer helped me notice event exposure that was absent from the first plan, which made the review more useful.
@Stefan_B_Trades I found it useful to keep the original reasoning available. Saving the first setup note as a separate version gave me a way to do that.
