Alarm signal to all Apartments who are registered under wrong act & running the association. Your account can be frozen! Wake up and register under Karnataka Co Operative Society Act or Company Act. Then file complaints in RERA for taking Title Transfer as per section 17 of RERA.

Sincere, honest suggestion to home buyers of Karnataka, Stop buying flats until land rights clarifications comes from the Govt of Karnataka. Sub Registrar not creating charges on land, no guidelines on title transfer as per RERA, fake flat khatas! Post office savings are better.
